1. About Us Three Counties Exterior Cleaning is a sole trader business operated by Mark, based in Hereford. We provide exterior cleaning services including driveway jet washing, patio cleaning, gutter cleaning, and wall cleaning across Herefordshire and Worcestershire.

2. Acceptance of Terms By using this website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

3. Quotations and Bookings All quotes are free and provided without obligation. Quotes are valid for 30 days. A booking is confirmed when we agree a date with you verbally or in writing. We reserve the right to decline any booking.

4. Payment Payment is due on completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer and cash. Late payments may incur a charge.

5. Our Services We will carry out all work with reasonable care and skill. Results will vary depending on the age and condition of surfaces. We do not guarantee the removal of all stains, particularly deep-set oil or rust staining, and will advise you of this before starting work.

6. Cancellations Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange. Late cancellations may result in a call-out charge to cover travel and equipment preparation costs.

7. Access and Facilities You are responsible for ensuring we have clear access to the area being cleaned and access to an outdoor water supply. We accept no liability for delays caused by restricted access.

8. Liability We are fully insured for public liability. Our liability is limited to the value of the work carried out. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to surfaces, drains, or property. Any concerns about surface condition should be raised before work begins.
